Existing customers using Vexcel/GIC through LIMOSS MGS can raise an incident or service request directly via the Vexcel Help Center. Alternatively, if you are logged into Vexcel/GIC, you can raise incidents, requests and queries via the “Give Feedback/Help Center” function in the platform.
