THE NEW DEVOLVED ADMIN PORTAL IS LIVE AND ENHANCED!
The Devolved Admin Portal (DAP 2.0) has been further enhanced. It now allows Organisations to manage their own:
Organisations Users and Domains.
Certificates
APPs and APIs
Roles
Three new roles are available within new DAP
Authorised Contact – highest level of authority and rights, including approvals, to
manage data within DAP on behalf of their Organisation
User Manager – responsible for managing Users only (Does not include managing
Authorised Contacts, other User Managers or Dev Managers)
Dev Manager – responsible for managing APPs, APIs and Certificates only
What are the next steps:
The rollout of the new DAP is in progress.
The LIMOSS Service Desk will continue to contact the Authorised Contacts in the remaining organisations over the next few weeks to notify them of their switchover to new DAP.
The Authorised Contacts will be provided with guidance on the steps that will need to be completed in preparation of the switchover.
Organisations may wish to familiarise themselves with the enhanced DAP via the training modules within the LIMOSS Academy in advance of their switchover.
