LIMOSS DAP

 The newly rolled out Devolved Admin Portal (DAP 2.0) allows Organisations to manage their own:

• • Organisations Users and Domains.
  • Certificates
  • APPs and APIs
  • User Roles

Roles

We have introduced two new roles in addition to the current Authorised Contact within DAP:

• • Authorised Contact – highest level of authority and rights for their Organisation across all aspects of DAP, including approvals.
  • New - User Manager – responsible for managing Users only (Does not include managing Authorised Contacts, other User Managers or Dev Managers)
  • New - Dev Manager – responsible for managing APPs, APIs and Certificates only

 To access DAP in the appropriate environment(s) for your organisation,  Authorised Contacts should:

• • Navigate to LIMOSS SSO Portal in PROD  and click on "Devolved Admin Portal NEW"
  • Navigate to LIMOSS SSO Portal in PRE-PROD and click on "Devolved Admin Portal NEW"
  • Navigate to LIMOSS SSO Portal in SANDBOX and click on "Devolved Admin Portal NEW"

Once you have reached the Academy homepage, please either click on the Courses menu and select DAP 2.0 OR scroll down and click the DAP 2.0 button.

This allows everyone to familiarise themselves with the functionality of the new DAP.   Kindly share the link to the LIMOSS Academy with all relevant stakeholders within your organisation.
