Health Check: Existing PRODUCTION LIMOSS SSO users can view the health-check for all PRODUCTION APIs.*

Routine PRODUCTION maintenance window is Saturday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 (UK). Services may be degraded or unavailable during this window. Wherever possible, advance notice will be provided to Authorised Contacts.

Routine PRE-PROD maintenance window is Wednesday 18:00 to 23:59 (UK). Services may be degraded or unavailable during this window.

SANDBOX Environment  

Health Check: Existing SANDBOX LIMOSS SSO can view the health-check for all SANDBOX APIs.*

Routine SANDBOX maintenance window is Monday 17:00 to 23:59 (UK). Services may be degraded or unavailable during this window.

Health Checks

Health Checks provide a RAG status for all relevant APIs.

  • A Green status indicates that the service is active (although errors in the API service may still exist)
  • An Amber/Red status indicates that the service is currently unavailable
