Training on DDM

Training on DDM

Training is available to coverholders, brokers and managing agents that are using DDM or have recently completed the registration process.

Training sessions, including group sessions, can be arranged on-site at Lloyd's or through video conferencing and cover a step-by-step walkthrough of key processes, including setting up a binding authority contract and bordereau processing.

Release 3.4 training

Register for a training session through the Lloyd's link.

From Wednesday 16th December - Friday 29th January, there will be a training session on a weekly basis (excluding Christmas holidays) to provide guidance on the following enhancements:

  • Aggregate Limit Tab Update
  • Increased Validations
  • Manual Currency Rate of Exchange Processing
  • Advanced Row Manipulation in Questionnaire

Training sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams and will last approximately 2 hours.

Training is recommended for those conducting North American or Canadian business as complex guidance is required on the Aggregate Limits Tab Update enhancement.

Training is also recommended and provided for those who process Canadian Bordereaux or are users of the Lineage tool as guidance will be provided on the Advanced Row Manipulation in Questionnaire enhancement.

Brokers may also consider attending a training session on the Manual Currency Rate of Exchange enhancement.
