LIMOSS provides Market Governance for all live and emerging services.
All attendees at Market Governance Meetings are asked to note the following guidance:
LIMOSS recording and transcription
LIMOSS will record and/or transcribe most Market Governance Meetings using approved LIMOSS-controlled tools, which may include AI-assisted processing. This is primarily to support the accurate production of minutes, actions and meeting records. LIMOSS will inform attendees if a meeting is being recorded or transcribed.
Third-party recording and AI tools
No attendee or participant may record meetings, capture audio, take screenshots, photograph meeting content, or use external AI transcription tools, note-taking tools, meeting assistants, bots or other third-party recording applications without the prior written consent of LIMOSS. Unauthorised recording tools or bots will be removed from calls where identified.
Data security and privacy
Any data captured by LIMOSS-approved tools in meetings will remain within LIMOSS-controlled environments and will not be used to train external or public AI models. Official meeting records, recordings or transcripts will not be shared externally without prior authorisation.
Market participants who become aware of unauthorised third-party recording, external AI tool or automated bots during a call, should report it immediately to the meeting Chair or raise it with the LIMOSS Service Desk.
